For the Autumn term CCDA are pleased to announce some brand new and exciting classes, which are taking place at the CCDA Dance Basement Studio, Bingham Hall.
Tots & Company
Fridays 10:45 – 11:30am – Miss Adri – Bring along your pre-school performers (18 months – 3 years) so they can experience singing, dancing and acting for the first time.
Mini-Movers Street Dance
Tuesdays 4:00 – 4:00pm – Miss Laura – An energetic and engaging introduction to the world of street dance for 3-6 year olds, no previous dance experience need.
The Sunday Sessions
Sundays 1:00 – 4:00pm – Guest Professional Teachers – Stand-alone specialist workshops dealing with a variety of performance skills. Including voice, dance and acting coaching.
There will only be a limited ten places on each specialist workshop, the Autumn workshops include:
27th September – Solo Latin
11th October – “How to stretch your vocal range”
18th October – “Repertoire” Learn the original choreography from great classical ballets.
TBC – Tap Performance.
TBC – Acting for Screen and Radio.
TBC – Choreography with Contemporary Dance.
Adult Classes – Have you always wanted to give Strictly a go? Are you a frustrated Ballerina? Would you like to dance to get fit? If so we’ve brand new classes for you.
Adult Solo Latin – Fridays 12:30 – 1:15pm – Miss Adri – Strictly Come Dancing style Latin dance, without a partner.
Adult Ballet – Fridays 11:45 – 12:30pm – Miss Adri – The elegant and enjoyable way to dance, keep fit, improve your posture and engage your mind.
Adult Conditioning – Thursdays 7:30 – 8:30pm – Miss Camilla – An opportunity to combine the principles of dance technique with fitness equipment, to strengthen and condition your body whilst having fun. This is a ten week course to seriously improve your fitness and is limited to only ten places.
Personal Training – Do you need that extra motivation to get fit?
CCDA is very lucky to have the services of personal trainer and professional performer Miss Camilla. She is offering bespoke personal training sessions, combining dance and fitness training, to seriously help you achieve your body goals and have fun whilst doing it.
