About CCDA

Our Mission

  • CCDA’s vision is to encourage and foster the talents of your child, whilst developing their confidence and skills, in dance and performance.

  • To transfer achievement in dance and performance, to aid growth and development of life skills.

  • To encourage a family atmosphere of support, friendship and camaraderie – whilst supporting educational values.

  • To guide your child’s opportunities within the performing arts and dance professions.

  • To enable achievement at all ages, genders and abilities.

CCDA started in 1997 with 10 enthusiastic performers, and over the years has developed and diversified into classes for boys and girls aged 2 ½ to adult.

Although we have maintained a strong emphasis on traditional Classical Ballet and Modern Theatre technique, we now offer classes in Tap, Jazz,Street Dance, Freestyle, limbering & strengthening, Musical theatre (acting, Singing & dance), Contemporary Dance and Cheerleading.

We provide an enjoyable and broad-ranging introduction to the performing arts, as well as the specialist training required when pursuing a career in the disciplines.
